been busy already!  i finished the kits i had to ship and since they are ‘new’ ones, i also put them on the webpage.  i didn’t do new samples – except for the fused one i posted yesterday, so had to use the original versions.  that meant i had to bring the quilt down and photograph them cause the first ones were lost in one of my computer crashes.  i consider myself very lucky how little i lost!  (hard drive bit the dust when mistakenly put back in after recovery from ‘virus’ crash – guys didn’t listen too well!)

yesterday i did a layout for a possible wallhanging that will include the current beginner’s patterns, plus what may be to come.  this way i know what sizes i need.  we shall see.  i think it may include an inset seam?  haven’t gone thru that process yet.  if it does, i am going to say it is also a learning tool for piecing! ^_^  since it’s a ‘line’ drawing, didn’t photograph perfectly (looks better here than when i downloaded).

and here is my inspiration for wanting to do that super size iris (that’s currently red) in yellow!!  so beautiful!!

yellow-irisnow, isn’t that just too lovely?!

and now it is time to get to work again.  going to cut several kits for the last two beginner kits.  only baseball tonight, so can surely fold while watching that!
